    how much IU's per day better in this case

    well
    i got for myself about 360 IU's of HGH , now for body growth gain muscle and improve bones

    should i take 4IU's perday for 3 month
    or
    2IU's perday for 6 month??

    i mean is time is important in that case 6 month or 3 or 4,5?? what

    for muscle gain anything under 4-5iu is useless. 6 month is min.

    I have used hgh at different dosages and patterns an find that a minimin of 8iu's per day is required for quality muscle growth and fat loss, anything less is ok for maintainence,but thats it.
    Please bear in mind that these results are what I have seen and my differ from person to person.

    Doses depend on your age as well as your genetics. In most cases people will use higher doses for muscle mass and lower doses for fat loss purposes. Another thing you want to take into consideration is that you want to run GH for at least 4 months, idealy 6. But a 8 month cycle would be spot on. Cycling GH for this amount of time will give you time to gain some good gains.

    It will be much easier for us to answer you more accuratly if you tell us your stats, and how much cycle experience you have.

    I wont even touch any of this. The above is all accurate and exactly what I would say. Stats and cycle experience would definitely help........

    im in early of 20's
    70kg
    173 cm
    i used one cycle befor Testosterone Suspension for 8 weeks
    im using HGH not for muscles mania but because im one of those small guys and i cannot live with that. so i think HGH might help alittel bit

    HGH won't do anything but heal. If you are looking to grow, get new
    parents. GH is the last thing you need (being in your early 20s').
    You wasted your money. You might want to give it to your dad.
    It's great for older people.

    I Know that GH is working well for 30's and older but if GH is the last thing i need i think there is nothing else i can do except gettin new funny parents and its too late for that .so ill give GH a shot

    Define small if you may for us. I'm wondering if it's height of frame.

    If by small you mean short then GH wont do anything at your age as your growth plates have already fused. If by small you mean skinny then we can work on that. Dont think GH would be the way to go but we need more info.

    If you got height you have to start eating a balanced diet. Combine that
    with exercise. There is lots to learn about nutrition. There are books
    and classes, the diet forum. You can easily put on weitht just eating
    right and lifting some weitht. Buy the way how many inches is 173cm's?
