    Athletic Performance

    What compound is best for athletic performance? I'm not really looking for size gains, but more performance gains. Also, which compound would help most with recovering from an injury? I'm thinking the obvious answer is AAS/IGF cycle, but I'm looking for more opinions!

    Define performance

    Actully just tell us the sport.

    Then I think there will be some advice for you.

    The injury is a pelvic avulsion fracture via hamstring pull. Happened nearly 2 years ago, had surgery on it a year ago, still not where I want to be.

    Performance = Speed, strength, endurance, sport related variables.

    Basketball and possibly football or track are the sports in this case.
