Alright now I've done a lot of reading and just wanted to double check on dosage... I want to use 10 IU post work out... I'm aware of what the measurement is but just wanted to double check... I will be using 1mL post workout then right?? 100 UNITS on a slin pin? I thought I was using like 10 units or 1IU until I double checked it.... somebody just make me feel better and tell me I'm actually using that WHOLE damn thing! Seems like a lot!!! Thanks guys!
