Would LR3 IGF-1 or MGF be more beneficial for a first itme user to the two. I will be using 50mcg PWO during my pre contest diet for 4 weeks.![]()
Which one will give me better results in terms of both fat loss and muscle growth. Obviously MGF would be prefered due to the fact that it slightly cheaper, but does MGF have similar thermogenic propeties to IGF-1?
Finnaly how far out from the comp would you cease IGF use?
