reconstuting please only a question...

with 10ml sodium chloride and a sterile vial of 10ml can I make ready for injections all my igf1lr3?
I have read the sticky post for the reconstition but I don't understand if with this sodium chloride I can make the igf1lr3 ready to inject....

im italian...

however....in the kit of lion's igf1lr3 there's 100mcg of igf1 lr3, 10ml sodium chloride and a 10ml sterile vial.
but in this forum i have read the sticky post for the reconstituting of igf1 with vinegear ecc.ecc.
i want to know only if with this kit (sodium chloride and igf1 and sterile vial) i need other material to reconstituting the igf1 to use.

mix the 2-3 ccl solution with the igf . Then dray it out and deposite it in the sterile vial. Now add the rest of the solution and you have 10cc= ml or 100mcg per ml.

Should the reconstituting be carried out as carefully as doing HGH? ie NO shaking vigorously, swirling gently , do not inject dilutant fast directly into the powder, etc.
