IGF-1LR3 vs. HGH
Just curious, is IGF-1LR3 something that can be substituted for HGH. I have done HGH cycles the past 2 seasons of my sport and got great results for recovery and maintaining muscle mass. Could I expect the same results from IGF-1LR3 as I did with HGH? Or is it something that would give totally different results. I have done my share of research on this subject but can't find any real evidence on this question. I know some guys say they see great results on IGF-1LR3 and some say it's over-hyped. Basically, could IGF-1LR3 be used in the same recovery platform as HGH? By the way, I am in my late 20's, 6'2 220lbs, have been lifting heavy for about 9 years. Thanks guys.....

Good Question, i am wondering the samething. I know everytime i read up on HGH it releases igf which claims to be the chemical that produces muscle growth. i have take igf but not hgh. i get good results from igf and all of the sides and results from it that i have experienced and that i hear sound like the same from hgh. i am wondering as well if one was too stay on for as long as hgh is recommended will you see the same result? sorry for jumping in there but i felt that alittle more detail in the question would warrant a little more in depth convo.(as opposed to someone telling us to read more on it)

true ,i don't, however, think that you would want to stay on ifg-1lr3 for long periods of time. It is more potent than HGH, so i've heard. I just know that HGH has to be cycled for months to achieve any real muscle building benefits. However, i notice the recovery benefits almost immediately. Also i read an article about taking T4 with HGH to maximize effect. Is this also true with IGF-1LR3? Just something to think about....

IGF-1 heals up any damage tissue quick. It speeds up healing by about 300% in most tissue, although it does not regenerate ligament which is the exception with hGH which does regenerate them. Not knowing what your sport is, it is difficult to say if IGF-1 will be equal to hGH in your situation. For a baseball pitcher, for example, hGH would be the way to go. For a rugby player, IGF-1 might be more suitable.
