Because of different reasons I have been off training for 18 months and has just started up again.
I have been taking 3,3 iu jin a day for the last 60 days as a supplement (I belive in GH as a supplement for general health).
I have 600 more iu, and I can`t decide how to use it. Should I keep on taking 3,3 iu and make it last 200 more days, or should I increase the dosage and make it last a shorter period?. What can I expect if I increase the dosage. More fatburning, more strength?
I have used hgh before with good results as a part of PCP. I took 3.3 iu a`day for 100 days. I kept ALL my gains and even increased in strength.
