    Advice on dosage

    Because of different reasons I have been off training for 18 months and has just started up again.

    I have been taking 3,3 iu jin a day for the last 60 days as a supplement (I belive in GH as a supplement for general health).

    I have 600 more iu, and I can`t decide how to use it. Should I keep on taking 3,3 iu and make it last 200 more days, or should I increase the dosage and make it last a shorter period?. What can I expect if I increase the dosage. More fatburning, more strength?

    I have used hgh before with good results as a part of PCP. I took 3.3 iu a`day for 100 days. I kept ALL my gains and even increased in strength.

    The dose depends on your age as well as what you want to achive. Genrally higher doses are more beneficial for muscle mass and lower doses are good for fat loss purposes.

    It will be much easier for us to give you more of an accurate answer if you gave us your stats, training experince and desrired goals.

    If you are happy with your current dose then I wouldn't change anything.

    My opinion if there are no sides increase dosage. The posters that take very large dosages state they don't get sides. If there are no sides why not see
    what happens? You can always taper down. Even the slip steet and PDR state that sides will go away when you discontinue.
