    Question lr3 injection timing

    I'm consuming 6 meals a day
    meals 1-4 are pro/fat then hit the gym and
    meals 2-6 are pro/carb
    what's the best time to inject lr3 or does it matter? Can it be done in the am on an empty stomach or best to inject before consuming the carbs?

    What's the best split too? 5on2off or 7 days straight for a 30 day run?

    Do every day for 4 weeks. Shoot once in the morning and once pwo on the part you are working that day

    ed 4 weeks pwo in a place you can shoot IM. no need to spot inject.

    adjust carbs as you may need/feel.

    If I were you Jef, I'd inject PWO on W/O days and AM on non w/o. No days off at all.

    As Rodge stated no need for spot injecting.

    i inject 20 mins before workout but some people don't recommend it because there is a possibility you can go hypo. the reason i do it is because i don't get as good of a pump while working out. but i always make sure i have some dextrose on had while working out.

    I did 50mcg am and 50mcg within 5mins pwo. Worked well for me.

    Going to use it during pct and only do 50mcg within 5 mins pwo. That would be a 5on/2off schedule.

    Did you mean that you get a better pump? Thats why most do it pre rather then Post.

    This is true, I always recommend PWO only at first and experiment from there on. One needs to first see how their body reacts to the substance before taking chances. Can't tell where your Blood sugar is when you're cranking away at the weights, that can be dangerous.

    i ran 40mcg's before. would 60 yield better results?

    IMO the more the better. With all my runs I've always gotten better results with the higher the dose. Never went over 120mcg ED.

    is there 1000mcg's in a 1mg? 1000/60mcg's=16.5 shots?

    what would be better then?
    60mcg's for 32 days
    70 for 28 days
    80 for 22 days?

    Just getting an idea...i think i have about 1.5mgs total and want to make the best of it.

    i tried at 40 then 60 didn't really care for the feel or results. i kept at 80-100 had great results and never went past that. i felt i didn't need to if i was satisfied. i don't have much patients either, i only did 40-60 for a bout a week.

    I do mine within 5 minutes.

    A study has shown igf stable in AA at pretty high temps for 1 year I believe. There's a link to the study posted on here somewhere.

    i shoot it as soon as possible.

    you can get a insulin carryer to keep it cool or as i do in a box with an ice pack that keeps my pwo shake and slin or lr3 cool.
