I have a couple quick ?'s... "1mg Lyophilized Long R3 IGF-1 Media Grade" FROM THE ANABOLIC-REVIEW RESEARCH site, is this the legitamate product that most members here have used?and also does this product need to be reconstituted?or is it ready to use as it arrives?

I'm noticing some positive effects in my joints, strength increases, and some nice fat loss. I'm doing 80mcg of IGF on workout days, and 50 on non-workout days. For the MGF, I'm using 100mcg on workout days and 80 on off days. Anyway, those are pretty decent sized doses, and I'm pretty much immediately seeing results, from the second or third day onward.

Good info, I was thinking I would try this if I reacted negatively to a test batch of 192 GH.
In your opinion, what would you suggest out of 192 or IGF-1 LR3 ?
WOuld taking IGF-1 LR3 and/or MGF on ONLY WO days be a bad idea even though it would be able to be ran longer?

I must have typed "research" instead of "peptides". My mistake.

Like I said, I use the MGF and the Lr3IGF-1 and think they're of the highest possible quality. I've never really been interested in IGF at all before, but now I think it's one of the best things an experienced AAS user can buy. It's a great investment, and I'm seeing results daily with about 80-100mcg of the MGF and IGF split into half a dose in each worked muscle (workout days) and about half that on non-workout days.
With the results I'm getting from this particular brand, I don't think I'd be tempted to even try any other company, to be totally honest.

The "results" I'm experiencing are "fat loss" and "strength gains"...it's too early to see if I'm getting any size gains from the MGF, I "think".
