Hell no. I wouldnt touch GH until I was in my mid 30s. Your body produces enough at your age, and I would think you might get some bad sides if you took any. Might run risk of screwing up your own natural GH secretion too?

Nahhh, waste of money. You would have to do 10ius+ ed to get effect since your natty level is high already. You shouldn't even do AAS. Just work out hard and eat well with good supps. Try tongkat ali and tribulis and see how that works. I bet you get good gains from that.

sorry but you can great benefits from HGH on age of 19 on 10-15 IU. If you take it year round. Just wouldn,t recomment unless your either retarded or in for becoming pro like me. But saying its useless on that age is bullshit sorry.

A kid in my high school got on HGH through his doctor. He gained 80lbs, yes 80, in 6 months @ 4IUs/ED and he was shredded, too. He didn't lift very hard, he had a sh*tty diet, and he did not take any AAS. This was about 2 years ago and he has kept all of his gains. I'm 19 and as soon as I can afford it I'm going to do a cycle

To gain three stones, or to just have three? To have three about 4IU into the scrotum twice a day every day. You's need at least 3 times that much to gain three (5 total) - that'd be 24IU ED. Don't worry if your sack starts to turn black, it happens to us all, keep at it.

Good luck bro, and post a journal, preferably with photos.

Oh, and better lay off the GF while your doing it - don't want to sap any vital juices. If she doesn't understand, send me her 'phone number and address and I can help her through this difficult time.

At your age HGH might do a lot more than you want, since your body is still producing a goodly amount of the stuff. Are you familiar with the concept of 'too much of a good thing'? You might get growth in areas you don't want to grow. One guy over at EF claimed to have gained over a shoe size from using large doses of GH over a long course. He was in his late 20s I believe. I think the risk of this sort of thing would be much greater for someone not even 20 yrs old yet.
