IGF for a 1st timer
I'm not necessarly gonna start a cycle of it yet, but i def wanna know the bread and butter of a cycle with this stuff. I read the profile and tellin from what i ready, it is safe to say a beginning cycle would be 40mcgs for 4 weeks?
what side effects can be obtained from it?
if i've never used AAS before is IGF for me?
is it difficult to convert/mix correctly for the right dosages?
thanks ( i kinda wanted to make this thread for a "IGF for dummies" reason)

i'll share my personal experience w it (and acutally mu buddies experience as well)..i tried it one time, along with test/tren ..i did 50mcg/day PWO until 2 mg ran out..and i didnt really see shit from it..my buddy has never used aas, so he ran it by itself..same doses/time as me, and REALLY didnt see shit (i was seeing results, but it was from the test/tren IMO)
some say to get best results it to run at least 80mcg/day, split into 2 shots, am and PWO
no, it's not difficult to mix..
so in conclusion, i will probobly try it again, but plan to do 100mcg split into 2 shits..and i dont really have the $$ to buy that shit when im still weary about it's effects

what do you think to achieve with it? what are your goals?
40mcg is kinda conservtive, i would shoot atleast 80mcg as that is the number most people seem to like.

In another recent thread the vets, (like Rodge) here said 4 pounds a week of Lean Mass from 60mcg daily of IGF sounded reasonable.

start at 40mcgs and work up to 60-80mcgs ed for good results.

Hey SVT hope you dont mind me butting into your thread and hi-jacking it LMAO. I have never used IGF or GH and have been asking MANY questions about it recently to decide how exactly it would be suited for me to run at my age etc. I have decided to run it and will be doing so in the near future and will keep everyone informed, so you and I are in the same boat here in a way.
I will admit one thing I am unsure of is why it is usually only run for 4-6 weeks per run. Insulin sensitivity?

The only negative side effects I've experienced are lethargy, hunger, some blurred vision like little black dots (floaters). Some people say they get mild insomnia and dry mouth. But they are all temporary and stop after your cycle. I'm gonna be on my third cycle of it soon. I ran 120mcg's a day (split a.m. and post workout) which is the recomended max. I noticed good pumps not as good as test or dbol or anything but the side effects are a lot worse with those as well. Plus whatever gained or earned is kept. You don't lose it! Which is the number one reason why I'm taking it. This cycle I'm going to bump down a little and cycle it with T3 which was also talked about in Red Barron's post on IGF, Growth and Insulin (excellent post must read). It's suppose to help with results and get you leaner.

I really wanna run, Var, Ergomax LMG, and IGF during winter break when im back from school.
I'm just nervous as balls because of the mixing of it and stuff

4lbs. of mass with IGF-1 research is reasonable, but proper diet is going to be important as such.

My 1st time (and last) I started at 60mcg post workout then moved to 80mcg.
Like Rodge said 80 is the number you see most often.
I just saw a post were 50 was recommended by StayingStacked. I think that is too low.

Im considering tying it for first time at 100mcg Mon-Fri and weeknds off - shooting PWO - should i see reuslts at this dosage for 4 weeks - will i definitly keep all my gains - i would like some slight weight gains if possible... its an expensive gamble... should i or not - cant decide

my first time i did 100mcg ed for ten days pre comp and it was AMAZING....definately the best compound i have ever run in a cycle, and i was pre comp...the only sides i ever got was debilatating headaches at night before bed, but i am almost sure ythat is due to the fact i was on such a low carb diet....100-150g carbs is not much, especially at 4-5%BF...

no...i did 100mcg post cardio in the morning just before breakfast....i have a log on here somewhere, take a look it gets into a lot more detail...

i would suggest at least 60mcg, that is as low as i would reccomend to anyone, and i am no expert but i believe more is better...

i was pre comp so i didnt have off days...but i would not skip a day, i am planning on adding it to the cycle i am on now and i will be running it ed for 5 weeks straight....
