First post so dont own me too bad.
Let me start out with my stats.
22 yrs, 6"0, 220lbs, White male.
A few years back I was around 5"10, 245lbs. I am not talking about muscle here. I started working out with a reduced carb, low calorie diet. I got down to 195 over a period of time, also I completly eliminated alcohol.
I stopped working out, started drinking, and gained a lot of weight back. Sorry, college has been treating me well.
Basically I look in the mirror and hate myself for what has happened over the past several months. I just recently got back in the gym and started lifting and increasing my cardio to right at 1 mile a day.
Im eating fairly well, somewhere around 2200 calories a day. Somewhere around 50g carbs, (low fat yogurt in the morning and my salad dressing for lunch and dinner) with my main source of protien being grilled chicken.
2 weeks ago I started a cycle of Jin at 2 IU's a day for 4 days, and 1 IU on the 5th. The only reason I went with this setup is because quite frankly, Im in college and pay for everything so forking over money for a box of Jin still hurts my pocketbook. After the first week of Jin, I started stacking a bit of liquid clen (dont know mg, I just fill a capsule with liquid) with it but it suck shaking like a starving Ethiopian all day.
My main question is, what can I do to help get this fat off my body moreso than what Im doing now? My source only got one "small box" of the Jin so once its gone, its really gone. I know HGH is highly effective when used over a period of time, I just dont want my usage to be for nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
