Question Who had positive effects on joints with LR3 IGF-1 and or HGH?

I would like your input mainly to see if people are experiencing similar positive effects on their joints with LR3 as when compared to HGH. Trying to determine if I would be expecting too much to think that 2-3 months of LR3 @ 60-80mcgs 4-5 days a week could help my shoulders at least moderately.

    Thanks.

Please post your poll choice and info about the length of use with either LR3/HGH.

Were you running Winny in your precontest cycle along with the LR3?

Hmmm, true. Did it go away after discontinuance?
    Thanks for your input Webb.

Didnt it give you great pumps though? I think you said that right?

the pumps were insane and it is something iwill run every cycle in the future, i love it and cant say enough about it...as for the tennis elbow's i was running letro, winny, and also some diuretics pre comp, the letro and the IGF are the only 2 things i added this time, and normally winny doesnt bother me to much...this is the most apin i have been in in a long time...i dont think it was the IGF i blame the higher doses of letro and the extra diuretics i took to try and make up for the 2 weeks of dieting i missed for a wedding...

HGH is too expensive for me and the results take too long IGF-1 and MGF are my pick.

I appreciate your replies but, I am sure you can understand why it's hard to take them seriously when you sell them.

I can't say hgh has helped a lot, but it has definitly helped my knees and my one elbow. My elbow pain is non-existant now however my knees still act up from time to time.

Would whey protein provide enough aminos while using these since it is supposedly very important?

I got excellent results from hgh.

Igf-1 seemed to be kicking in when I had to take a long international trip, so the jury is still out on it for me.

I used IGF Lr3 for 12 days and i certainly noticed a difference, i cant do any tricep or press exercise without elbow wraps, and even with the wraps i still have tendonitis, about day 3 i didnt need elbow wraps for anything and i was going heavier on exercises that i normally cant, i certainly noticed a positive effect...
