1st cycle question

Hi everyone!
im new to the net and forums so bare with me.

im going to do my 1st hgh cycle (saizen) and i want to know how many iu to take a day, inject morning or night, should i have 5 days on and 2 days off and for how long? im 22 yrs old, 72 kg

realize that being relativly young too use hgh you would end up using alot more iu's a day to notice its effects then someone in his late 30's.

further i would suggest to read up a bit more before considering taking hgh as that are some simple basic questions you just asked. they can be answered easely when done a bit of research. if you got any questions after that were more then happy to help you out.

My aim is not to get big but very lean with a bit of size!
iv done my research on hgh but i am still unsure on how much iu to take?
They say that 2iu is playing is safe but will it done anything as aposed to doing 4-5iu aday and? I have already bought the hgh..so please let me here your thoughts.

That's a big investment for someone that has no idea what they are using or how much they need. As previously said...research man. These are simple questions. Not to come off rude but if you had research I think you would have considering obtaining those goals naturally and save the hgh for when you're a lot older.

Does that mean someone younger will experience less sides at 10IU's than someone older? Or would it be the same.

I can't see how one would experience less or more sides.

If you'd done your research here you would know what the sticky suggests, and you would have seen other threads with references to other legitimate dosing methods.

Usual protocol here is, after doing the above, to then start a thread, stating your stats, what you propose and what you hope to get out of it. Then folks are happy to assist.
