Hey guys, been on the boards for quit some time now but havent posted in probably a year or two. but i have a question for everyone. i finished 6 months of hgh at 4iu's along with the rest of my cycle about 2-3 months ago. im just started back up on the hgh at 5iu's a day and plan on doing it for about 2 months before i begin my next cycle. Is this the proper way to up your dose of hgh or would i be ok at 6 or even 7 ius a day

with hgh the higher the dose, the more you gain lbm. but don't hop into a high dose at once as this can give some seriues cts. slowly build up to desired dose increasing by 0.5-1iu each week.

btw how were gains at 4iu?

well the most ive ever weighed is about 200lbs on cycle at about 12-13% bf, and full of water, then off cycle i would drop to about 188lbs or so. now after the cycle with 4iu of growth im off everything and im sitting around 198lbs and fairly lean , id say at about 10%. im 5'8" so i feel pretty good. in addition my muscle bellys are better shaped then before. i want to of course get as big as possible with the best shape possible, but i want to do it patiently and not get a huge gut or wide waste.
