Please assist me on this one this is my 1st cycle and I am going to inject my self don't have any idea on how to do it I read and article said to pull your skin an inject in between the skin and fat is this correct

I just pinch the skin around my abs and slide the syringe into the pinched fold of skin. Alternate the injection site around your abs ect. The needle is very fine and you cant really feel a thing. Welcome to AR by the way. Loads of great info on GH as well as other peptides and AS.

clean the skin with alcohol.
Pinch the skin.
Insert pin into pinched skin.
Inject
Thats it.

Anywhere you have some fat you can inject but around the belly button seems to be prefered.

From my experience, and what I have read I would say no. Been doing all my injections in my left love handle for over 3 months now and it looks the same as my right.

I wish it were so, but I think not. At least not on me.

I think it is more general than that. I was injecting between the abs and obliques and that area lost fat like crazy. I think that was more because that is where I lose fat first. The belly button and love handles are all going down (whoohoo), but not as dramatic.

My "experiment" is a little flawed because I was using IGF-1 LR3 at the same time, but ...

my wife could see the difference before the end of the second week. I had not been able to drop weight (even gain a little muscle) at the same time in over 10 years. I love this stuff!

In the bookk "Grow Young With HGH" the author says that HGH has a greater impact on abdominal fat that other fat deposits, but that is not because one is injecting there.
