Only the brits on here will know the guy I mean, but do you guys remember that twat Alexander Scott who went on Richard and Judy and Britains Biggest Spenders who was on HGH? He said it allowed him to sleep like 4 hours per night, always feel energized, he also reckoned it'd help him live to 140 and went on and on about all the wonderful effects it had.

Obviously some were true (inc muscle building, lean mass etc) but anyone who's tried HGH get any of the other effects? like not needing much sleep and improved energy levels? Or any of you lived to 140 yet???

Obviously the guy was an asshole and probably full of it but I'm jw on the other possible effects.

I don't know about the living to 140 part , but HGH does have other anti aging benefits. You have to remember that using GH for anti aging benefits is different to how we use it (which is usually for sport enhancing purposes).
