1st week of slin notes
I have finished my first full week of slin. Hypo once trying to do 7 grams per iu. Otherwise, slin really makes my muscles full while training. Everything seems swallon the next day. I have notice I gain 2 lbs of water after 3 days on it. I first tried it in the am at home. Started at 4 and worked my way to 10ius and then backed off to 8ius. I can definately see better pumps and fuller muscle. I am not sure about the recovery yet. I will keep you posted as things change. By the way, I am in the middle of a bulking cycle - sus 600 and deca 450 and now slin.

Keep giong Vic, just keep those carbs on hand and be careful with your nap.

For real fullnes and unreal muscle pumps try 2-3 IU before training - feel like your going to pop, belive me!

how to you take the 2-3ius before the workout? When do you take the carbs etc. Thanks.

normally, I shooted 15 IU pre workout with 150 gram carbs and than 10 iu post workout with the usual meal protocol, went hypo a few times so stopped, now I am taking it pre or post, noth both
