GH for back problems
Ok so I was diangosed with degenriatve disk disease, 2 herniated disks, 1 bulging disk, and sever spinal stenosis. I have not been in the gym for 3 months and I am yearning to get back. Since surgery is out of the question because my back is so bad, does anyone feel that growth will be beneficial to me. I am a 25 year old male if one needs to know this for my question.

Most, if not all, of the effects that growth hormone will have on your problem are through IGF-1 mediated effects. You'll see quicker results with IGF use, relative to your particular problem.

I have your problem, actually had a discectomy a year ago, doing great...however, i researched my ass off at one point, and i never came across any specific studies done...i found things related to stem cells and biological growth factors, but nobody in the states is even close to conducting that kind of research (europe is at the forefront). In other words, no, there is nothing concrete to support any benefit of exo growth to DDD, merely assumptions based on growth's effects and a complete physiological understanding of your/my condition. I am about to start my first ever run of GH, not for anything related to my back...I suppose I can have another MRI in about 6 months, and let you know
