not good at math... help me with mixture/dose question

i have 18IU bottles. if i add 3cc of bw water how many units on an insulin needle do i use to get 2IU?
like i said math is not my thing. thanks for your help in advance!

If you reconstitute 18 IU's with 3cc of BW, then you are going to need to draw up to the 33 mark on your U100 insulin syringe to get 2 IU's .
