Can I add sodium cholride to Acetric Acid?

I mixed 1ml of AA to my igf-lr3. I don't like to trying to measure out one tick per 10mcgs...I wanted to know if I can add 9ml of sodium cholride to the igf and AA to make it where 10iu's is 10mcgs. Can i mix the two soultions or will it hurt it? Thanks.

I would think the NaCL would be the wrong PH for reconstituion and possibly shorten/damage the life of the peptide.
Adding NaCl to your syringe of reconstituted IGF just prior to injection is fine.

Why not just add more Acetic acid? I usually use 2ml or 3ml per mg of IGF. ( I'm not sure if the volume of your vial os sufficient to hold 10ml).

Lions IGF comes with sodium chloride and i have used it no probs. Don't know about mixing it with AA though. Why not just mix some Bac water or sterile water in there instead. I use .6ml AA and 9.4ml sterile water.

I have some BW. I'll just add 9ml's of it the AA. They company sent 2ml's of AA. I could add just 2 or 3ml's like AG said but seems to confusing when figuring out the ticks and mcgs. 10ml making it 10ticks is 1omcgs is more my math . Thanks for advice. I'm going to just add the 9ml of BW, and next time order more AA or just use BW for reconstituion. It's kept in the refrigerator. I just didn't know if mixing another soultion with the AA would hurt...Thanks again

hate to hijack the thread, but i have a very similar question

what does MR reconsitute their igf with? its only 1ml

ok to add BW to vial or will it comprimize the peptide?
