Not just did I have in depth conversation with gropep, 3 of my friends along with myself ran 3 different experiments an documented everything from doses, hydrostatic testing,blood work,diet, training. After the 3 experiments were done, we had my endo look over everything.
Conclusion : Water retention/ temporary increased glycogen retention. Zero muscular gains.

These momos don't realize when that protein chain wa altered, it rendered IGF-1 useless as a mass builder. Truth is, actual isn't that great at building mass either. It's good, don't get me wrong, but it isn't some miracle drug by any means.
