    post igf-1 nutrition

    is post igf-1 nutrition similar in any way to post slin nutrition?

    kinda but hypo is'nt as bad as with slin but still keep a close eye on bloodglucose levels. keep protein high.

    I just have PWO shake with 40g oats 40gpro then i go home shoot my igf then eat solid food 60mins later.

    Make sure your diet is high in Zinc (50mgs/day should be great). Zinc reduces the ability of IGF-1 to be bound by binding proteins, and at the same time increases the IGF-1 receptor's sensitivity to IGF-1.
