    time and IGF

    What is the best time to run IGF? Mornig before breakfast or after training in the evening?

    thats great thank very much, There's a great deal of conflict regarding using IGF. Thanks for your imput guys.

    i workout 5/2 so i'll shoot it 5/2 pwo.

    In the article I wrote on MGF/IGF (It's a sticky somewhere here), I reccomend ALWAYS shooting post workout. That's because binding proteins are lowest at that point, and the chance of yoru IGF being bound and rendered non-bioavailable is lowest when there are lower levels of binding proteins. Also, at that point, the IGF-Receptors are more sensitive to it, so you'll get better results.
