    How do I keep my HGH in powder form, room temp or refrigerated?

    The fridge is always the best option. Some can last a while outside of the fridge but why chance it?

    Is ther a time frame that it can not be in the fridge, say shipping times and two weeks.

    It will probably make it less effective if it is in warmer temps or heat.

    Talked with my source and he said two weeks out of the fridge was okay. it is in the fridge NOW.
