    Gh interruption

    Hello Fellas,

I need to have this answered by experienced GH users:

I've read that you shouldn't ingest carbs at least a half an hour to an hour after your injection, however what do you do when you are starving?

My question is, How many grams of carbs does it take to inhibit GH activity post injection?

bigacct- Make that at least an hour. Those hunger pains are
just fat cells dropping dead. Hope you are strong enough to
say no to something that is not good for your health. Drink
    water. Good Luck.

I always thought timing had more to do with the fact one could over time create an insulin resistance... that is why supplements like chromium GTF and ALA are recommended.
