HGH Questions and Ideas.
First off let me say this is a great site with a lot of knowledgeble people.
I am 38 and up until the last few years, have always kept my myself in good shape, worked out 4ds/week. Then life happened! Kids started getting older and between their activities and everything else, i didn't have alot of time for myself. Well, that's changing. I have been back at the gym regularly for the past 2/3months and doing good, but somewhere age must have snuck up on me. I don't feel old, but it ain't like it was in my 20's. I am 5'11" and was 245#'s(fatass I know) but through a pretty good diet and working out I have brought that down to 218#'s.
My question for you is would HGH be a good option for me? I think it would be, but I would like some opions (from you smart people). I have been reading up everywhere and most say it helps with weight loss and makes some of us (slightly) older guys feel better. I am looking to lose the rest of this fat and get built up.

It will help you but you will notice it after a few months you must see gh for the long run 6 months or longer.
Most importend stays your dieet.

Hey Guys,
Been doing alot of reading up and trying to educate myself. I am thinking of combing HGH and IGF (4on-4off). Also, most everwhere I've read people want to add Test to HGH. My question is- for what I am wanting to do, lose fat and get bigger, would adding Test be a good idea? If I decide to go with AS, what would you guys recommend? Something like say Prop/var or what and for how long?

I am similar to ur descrip smoke. I am real fan of HGH and it with other sups.
Current cycle for me. And I started this to heal shoulders that I messed up (didnt tear, but cozd impingement from bone) and quickly realized all these years I was missing what I now have.
Ok, so the cycle. I'm in week 8, doing HGH for one year approx & doing three aas cycles during. HGH is 3.5 iu ED in the sub at stomach. Current aas is 550 mcg test enth split into 2 pins, split into 2 taps in a week (1.5 cc glute thurs, 1 cc shoulder sun). Deca dura 300 mcg 1x week.
I have only worked out lifting 7 to 10 days during this 8 weeks. Those days were significantly noticeable strength gains, more weight more reps. Not lifting this cycle was not the plan, but some things occurred that kept me from safely pumping my blood. I do start on the one on, one off cycle of lifting as recommended here on the site tomorrow. My issues of obstacles are hopefully behind me and I have a new partner to motivate my ass.
This lack of physical effort is a bummer, but I didn't set out to gain mass so I don't kick myself too hard. The most assuring and remarkable thing about HGH and the deca/test cocktail is that result occur with cardio & lifting. I do eat very sensible and often keep my cal intake at sub 1400. One day a week I'll chow down, but healthy food only.
I am actually getting cut. My abs, arms, shoulders, face, throat, chest, the annoying belly fat that I ignored for years... all of it is disappearing!! And of course I heal faster from painful bumps, my bad lower back is almost always not even tickling me with pain.
You gotta try HGH coupled with a good healthy diet. Take your shots ED and in the morning or afternoon. You gotta do the HGH for at lesat 6 months, try to go 9 to 12. At month 3 add your aas cycle so your body is prepped for the next phase (i started all cycle components at same time, and frankly that works too. others say to wait 2-3 months).
I am a noob, but I have learned a lot recently and just felt compelled to share my thots of similarity and learned knowledge on what I agree will work for you!
Just read your post again... It's great what you have accomplished so far with diet and dedication to burn more than you take in!! Kudos The HGH will transform your body fat and skin texture. Go for it, but do gather more info before starting any cycle or length of HGH usage.
Congrats again! I went from 287 to 232 in about a year by just replacing meals and cardio. I now never eat junk food or unhealthy calories (ok, occasionally 1 day a week=). No matter what you do for supplements to the body, your spirit must be dedicated to walk the path of health and your mind must be committed to obtaining knowledge about your health and a willingness to adapt to the needs to creat that healthy body you see in your dreams at night.
