First let me say that I've learned alot from your posts so thank you.
Now the reason for this post , My LR3 IGF-1 kit comes with 0.9% sodium chloride solution to reconstitute it with but after reading so much about how it should be reconstituded with aa and after reading how to do it with white vinagar (thanks for that) I made my own 100mM solution. The thing is I used the 0.9% sodium chloride solution to do it.
Now I've read somewhere that the ph might not be correct when mixing the two together.
Since you have quite a bit of knowledge in this area I thought I would ask you whether or not you think this is true.
While on the subject of aa, I was wondering if there would be any benefit to reconstituting my MGF with it (would it have the same effect on the MGF as it does on LR3 IGF-1 in regards to temperature stability and shelf life)?
