Tried HGH-F peptide?? Results??

Hi,

I know this subject has been covered but I would like to ask the board members that have tried the HGH-F peptide a couple of very unambiguous questions.....

1) What dosage did you use daily, and for how many days/weeks??

2) What results did you have??

3) Would you recommend or do again??

4) If you were disappointed, would you say in all honesty that it may have been diet or lack of cardio that spoilt your results??


I have seen many posts with varied dosages on what people say they are taking, I would just like to obtain a list of this information so that is may be easier to interpret the effectiveness of this stuff!!
