    IGF-LR3 question

I will be doing my first cycle of IGF-LR3 in December and was concerned with a name that begins with insulin growth factor that I have to follow the insulin post workout protocol. What I mean by this is do I have to take dextrose, protein, creatine and glutamine 5 min after workout to avoid hypo. Then an hour later a meal with 50g protein and carbs?

Most probably not needed but would like to be sure.

    Thanks all.

You dont need any specific amount of carbs after you use IGF like some would say you need with slin (ie, 10g per iu). However, it is definitely possible to go hypo when you use IGF, but really just monitor it yourself and add a few carbs if you need them, I found I could cure the hypo symptoms with a quick swig of grape juice.
So if you dont normally use dex PWO than you dont have to implement it now by any means, just keep a glucose tab on hand etc.

I found that I was weak as a wet rag and had raging headaches if I did not get carbs prework out. Took me a week to break that code.

The info is free here for the taking. TAKE CARBS PRE WORK OUT.
