IGF and Acetic Acid

first of all I cant find the thread showing how to make Acetic Acid, secondly I dont want to make it because I dont have access to some of the supplies that I need and I just dont feel like making it. I have heard about people getting Acetic Acid with there IGF powder.....


where can I find pre-made Acetic Acid for use in reconstituting IGF?

What other solvents can I use realistically?
