    HGH Cycle

I see alot of people running hgh for 4iu's ed for 10 weeks when they post there cycle info. I was always told hgh needed to be a long term use therapy like 16 weeks to 6 months or longer. My question is what have some of you had the best results with HGH AND at what dosage. I recently finished a cycle of hgh and aas and i felt great now i am getting back into another cycle of aas with out hgh simply because of the cost! however i am noticing i am not sleeping as well and i am not recovering from my workouts as fast and on hgh i never had any shoulder/joint pain and now its almost unbearable. Any thoughts

Need more info....what did your last cycle all consist of and what does your current cycle consist of.

I'm not overly knowledgeable on HGH use, but from my current understanding, to reap optimal benefits of growth, you will want to run it for at least 6 months IMO. And a bit higher than 4iu's too...

4IU is a recomended starting point for the average weight person (185lbs??) and if there are no negative sides (headaches and joint pain) then you can up the dosage. Yes i heard 20-30 weeks is ideal if you want good results, however you still shouldnt expect the same size gains of a regular AAS cycle, but with HGH the gains will be more keepable and solid.

With the dosage the higher you go the more you have to worry about it affecting your insulin sensitivity, i've just been reading up on the HGH/IGF/Insulin forum and its recomended you add T3 whne going high dosages hardcore HGH cycles.

Why dont you look at IGF-1 in your next cycle instead? its not cheap but its more easily available through research labs and from the profile i think you can get better results than HGH alone!! IGF-1 you can run for 8-10 weeks and see good results.

Its reccomended to run T4 with hgh. Not T3

BTW most peeps will tell you 4 to 5 weeks tops of IGF. It is NOT reccomended to go 8-10 4sure.

Igf you would run for 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off

hgh I would not run personally for less then 6 months

dosing is personal, I start low dose and will increase until I come to one that is comfortable for my body.

    Good luck

so you can run IGF 4 weeks on, 4weeks off on its own, without even using hgh? I though IGF was only a compliment to HGH, something to be used in conjunction with it.

I want ot ask about one thing.I was using Hgh for 3 months.Accorrding to information which I found on many websites I was using SAA and t3 as well, but they adviced me not to run t3 longer than 6 weeks ( because of thyroid)Anyone can tell me how long I can safely run t3 with HGH?

I was told by a person at Oasis that the recommended dose for a person of 205 lbs. was 1.5iu-3iu a day. also 6 months was the min. time to notice the benifits from HGH. Better sleep and faster recovery time was noticed after 2-3 weeks.
