    IGF-1 LR3 a must for contest prep?

    Is IGF-1 LR3 an invaluable addition to a contest prep? mind you this is not a very important comp and I'm gonna start dieting while doing pct....looking to shed no more than 15-20 pounds..using clen

    useful for fat loss???or just keeping as much lbm as posible? is 30mcg too low for 30 days??

    Its useful for fat-loss and keeping your muscles pumped(fuller), among other things.

    Imo 50mcg ed is minimum if you want noticable results.

    I know one guy who used in in a pretty high level contest, among others during his shitload phase. He stated that he was drier and more pumped than ever. Worth a shot IMO.
