    PLEASE Help.

Please all advices would be greatly appreciated. Im 23 years old 5'7 145 pounds. Im asian but all my family members including past generation were tall in the range of 5'7 -6'2, being that the shortest was my GRANDMA at 5'7. At my puberty stage, I really didn't have anyone taking care of me so I believe I was malnourished, eating junk food and not eating enough. Still I had incredible energy, played sports throughout middle school and highschool. Just had a general sense of well being. The last 4 years things changed a LOT. Im extremely fatigued, CONSTANT headache, stress, have to sleep at least 12 good hours to feel rested, can't sleep well, eye's feel heavy, WAS pretty good looking now kind of not ugly but not normal looking, skin texture degrading, use to be tanned in color now am really pale looking, hair thinning, mood swings, self esteem level low.

I have been to doctors and they have done blood tests, cat scans, been on antidepressant. I never specifically asked for igf levels because I really didn't know that a year and half ago which is when the tests were done. Nothing really works. I've been eating good for the past few years and working out 3-5 times a week. Here's an example of what I would eat in a day

Now every meal is 2-3 hours apart
-3 eggs, canadian bacon, 1 piece of bread, fat free milk and would make natural juice with 1 apple, carrots, celery.

-Protein shake name is "Cyto Gainer" about 800 calories with 60 grams of protein

-Sandwhich only use turkey or tuna for meat, with lots of vegetables.

-wheat pasta with natural made tomatoe paste, a piece of toast, salad, 1 or 2 pieces of broiled chicken

-healthy snacks, such as almonds, nuts, fruits

    -protein shake, whey protien only

Now here is my workout schedule
Monday: Chest + Back Two differents workouts for one body part 3 sets x 10
    Tuesday: Cardio
    Wed: Legs + shoulders
    Thurs: Cardio
    Friday: Bicep + tricep
    Sat + Sun REST

I have a beginners mentallity of weight lifting as I want to create a good foundation. Im not obessed with getting big just look normal and feel healthy.
I believe workout training, eating right and getting good rest helped some yet I still feel a sense of not being well.

1)Do you think like 2iu everyday would help me? I know Im young and I should create a enough hgh level ( I'll have to get a blood test to see where Im at) BUT all the benefits that hgh creates is just what I need. Im tired of feeling like this and just would like to live and feel a healthy lifestyle and possible regain my good looks which was only 6 years ago. I know this sound weird but its true. I really was pretty good looking now facial contours and paleness make me look not normal. Im not nuts or anything so please no flaming. ANY help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure anyone can answer this question for you.. I personally don't think HGH is your answer I'd go to the doctor and have your levels checked.

Btw, with the diet you're currently eating you will not have very good luck putting on any kind of muscle, I'd start there and after you get a good idea of what needs to be changed I'd start learning how to train properly for muscle growth as I'm sure it's on about the same level as the diet you listed.

I'd start new threads for those two subjects in the appropriate forums.. good luck!

Sounds like a possible thyroid problem...Ask your doc to refer you to an endocrinologist for thyroid blood levels..A long shot i know as alot of docs try avoiding this to save cash!

I remember that one of my blood tests was for thyroid and everything checked out fine. The doctor showed me that everything was fine except for my liver points. It was only 2 points over average.

When doctors recommend that you take a blood test, do they usually put igf as a regular check up? i assume he didn't because I was 21 then and probably he thought I had ample amounts of hgh.
