    noticable results?

    should i have gotten noticable results from 1.5 mg of igf-1 lr3? i didnt really notice much i was wondering if my product was legit....

    uhh...im assuming you took 1.5mg over the course of several weeks?

    because a dose of 40-100mcg PWO is recommended

    HAHAHAHAAH....sorry i didnt clarify that....yes, it ranged from 60-100 mcg's PWO for roughly 4 weeks

    well in that case, yes you should. obviously it ranges from person to person, but on that dose you should defintely notice some results.

    at 50mcg PWO i noticed results within the first week, crazy pumps while at the gym that last severals hours after, noticable lower bf% while maintaining the same strict diet, and possibly some strength gains
