HGH question regarding stability after injection...

k, what i mean is i know that after you mix HGH with BA water, you have to be very very gentle with it. now, after injecting it into yourself, about how long does it take until that's no longer a concern? it may sound ridiculous, but the reason i'm asking is i'm planning on taking the HGH in the am, but i also do am cardio. now, i'm wondering if i take the HGH first then do cardio immediately after (jogging), would it affect it just the same as shaking the bottle and break it down?

lol, that's a good thought. If your serious the answer is once it is in you, it is in you. No carbs though for an hour b4 or after inject. Good Luck!
