IGF Injection sites
Ok, I have been reading about IGF for a while now. When injecting the muscle you just worked how would you inject your back or shoulders. What are the common injection sites? What muscle would you inject on your off days? Sorry, But this is my first time injecting anything into my body. I know how to inject insulin and the pins to use but not the actual injection site.

common injections sites would be delts, bi's, & tri's due to the thin skin on these muscles since you will be using an insulin pin
personally, i dont shoot on off days...only post-workout
please read up some more on these boards before starting

The more you read the more feedback you'll get. I've personally injected on and off days and have found that for ME I get similar results so I only inject PWO on W/O days.
Results will vary here so research is a must..

^^^^^^^^ Hey Vitor I've tried so many different protocols and am actually trying a new one as we speak.
When I ran it ED (PWO on w/o days and AM on non w/o) I actually felt/saw gains come to a hault at the same time as just PWO on w/o days. Right around that 30 day mark gains seems to take a dive ans cease. You would think that just injecting 4-5X a week would allow you to go a bit longer but in my case that 30 day mark was it.
I'm running 50mcg EOD now and have been for over a month. Giving this a whirl to see if it helps at all with downregulattion. So far I haven't seen/felt much of anything. I was much happier with 80-100mcg PWO on w/o days. When this runs out at 2 months I'm going to go back to PWO only. Makes more sense to me to do it ED but gains have been pretty much identical with only PWO on W/O days Vitor..

I work-out at night, is it all right to still take it PWO. Also I keep reading conflicting statements. Some say you don't gain muscle, you just lose fat. I'm coming off of a t-3 and clen cycle and want to use it as a pct, is this a good idea?
