    How far into sleep is HGH safe to use?

    I wake up all different hours of the night to pee. just wondering how far into sleep you had to have been until it won't affect your own bodies production? i know they say that after about 2 hours of being asleep, your body releases it's own. so, i'm assuming 3 hours or later should be fine, right?

    i'de recommend waiting until close to when you wake up, you want to interfere as little as possible with your natural production...

    ie. if you wake up at 8, then try to aim for around 7...and then not eating until 8 or so

    i wake up at 5....so i just shoot as soon as i wake up and then have my big breakfast shake on my way to work at 6

    Your body will trigger the pituitary to release its major shot of HGH about 2 hours after your fall to sleep (into a sound sleep). For me, I will pretty consistantly wake up about 4am to take a leak, and at that point will pretty routinely take about 3 IU's of HGH. That is about 5 hours after I have initially gone to bed ... so pretty safe.

    It would depend somewhat on how soundly you sleep and what your normal sleep pattern looks like, but after 4-5 hours of sleep, you should have already received everything your body is going to give you for the night, so injecting won't harm that process.

    I wish I could do that but gh drops my blood sugar and I don't need to go hypo in my sleep.

    Take a 2 i.u. shot with a shot of whey protein and 3-4 fish oil capsules. I think that you will do fine with that if you are concerned about going Hypo. The protein and fish-oil will keep you from going too low. That's what I do in the middle of the night, and I have been fine doing it. Hope this helps.
