Well I just got done with my hardcore 16 week diet and have slimmed down pretty good. Now I'm starting to put some lean muscle on. I plan on doing a 4 day split with 50mcg of igf PWO for 5 weeks. Is this good or should I do 50mcg 5 day split, for 4 weeks. Also I do 30 min of cardio after i lift, should I inject after cardio or before?
