Always wanting to sleep on GH! HELP!
Okay,
I'm not new to GH, and I have experienced this type of lethargy before, but never to this extent! This is the highest amount of GH I have done before, 2 i.u. 3x a day (2am/4:30am/6am), and one of my buddies who is well-versed in this category, has told me something along the lines of that my buddy has to get used to it...well yeah...I figured that much, but is there anything more scientifically explanatory on this topic? Are there things I need to do differently? I have a very, very busy schedule so I definitely do not need more slugishness...been taking b12 shots to help but...it has been relatively negligible. Do I need to add T4?? Thanks for any future help bros...

I tink the t4 would help at 100-125mcs a day , split into 2 doses

I had to throw in some caffeine and ephedrine, the t4 isn't really doing much for me energy wise....

Yeah...I've been taking some light stimulants, but once they wear off the lethargy is pretty brutal. I am going to stick it out, and see where I am in about 2 months...hopefully my body will have gotten used to it by then.

I know what your going through. I'm on 2iu 5on2off on week 8 and the lethargy is killing me, i want to up it to 3iu but i'm sleeping a solid 10hours at the moment and still wanting a afternoon nap.
I have been using Lions T3 for the last 3weeks and injetable B12 the whole time.
What i don't understand is that i read that HGH is ment to give you high sence of well being. I'm not getting that i wish i being asleep.
I'll be watching this thread to see if you get any other advice.
Have you thought of jumping on cycle? Would that kill the Lethargy ya reakon?

lol...i had the exact same thing in the past...i could stay in bed for 12 hours and still wake up sleepy after those 12 hours...give some T3 a try..and maybe try to change ur injection times, which works for you..

Well, I do wake-up at 2 am to do a shot, then again at 4:30 am...which is the latest I usually get up...and I WAS doing another shot post-workout with just protein and carbs an hour later...but the 3rd shot was TOO MUCH. It only takes me 8 minutes to do a shot, take a piss, grab some whey and be back in bed, so I hope it wouldn't be that. I'm normally able to hop right out of bed and get some ferocious workouts before I even go to work...now I'm somewhat in a fog it feels like. I'm hoping this has nothing to do with my thyroid...it it is I may grab some tyrosine and forskolin, bladderwrack, etc. for thyroid function....I can't believe I'm even typing this now! Oh yeah...my average sleep is probably 6 hours a night, and has been...totally different now.

your body needs more than six hours rest. IMHO

how long into your GH did you start getting tired all the time?

For me it was a couple of weeks.
Does anyone know if the lethargy goes away, meaning does your body learn to cope with the extra HGH?

Several things may be affecting your energy level. Number one, getting up at 2:30am is not gonna work. You are not getting enough REM sleep, that is the really restorative sleep. It takes sometimes several hours to get to REM, therefore you may be depriving yourself of enough REM. Second, have your blood sugar checked. gh will absolutely affect your sugar/insulin levels so check it fasting, 1 hour after a meal, and 2 hours after a meal. I would adjust injection times to say 6:00 am, and 2:00 pm if you are gonna split the dosage. Anyway thats my 2 cents...good luck.

I realize that 6 hours of sleep is not enough, but I've ALWAYS gotten this much or lack of sleep. The only thing that has changed is the GH use.
