so u think is better I'M or sub q. and what is the max time u can run it? I have 12 weeks before a vacation and I'm going to use it in my pct. I ran a 20 week prop eq npp cycle. great results. what do u guys think

IM & 4/5 weeks on, 4/5 weeks off is typical...any longer will likely be a waste

yeah plzr8 spot on as usual 4-5 weeks on, with the same time off.

First run with igf I administered sub-q with good results.
The next time I administered IM and will never go back. IM PWO is the only way to go. 80 - 100mcgs.

does igf help with pct a much as people say? I did a 20 weeker and I'm trying to stay away from hcg . also, how long can it survive reconstituted out of the fridge. cause if I take I to work it would be unrefridgerated for a while before I shoot it. last but not least, what do you feel is the best size pin? lots of different opinions are out there

I ran igf PCT and it was a welcome addition for sure. Many have the same opinion.
It will not replace hcg . In my opinion hcg is a must do in PCT.
Igf and hcg are totally different and perform different funtions in the body.
Igf's shelf life depends on what is reconstituted with. You should be administering PWO IM in muscle worked so leave it at home in the fridge just to be safe. Also the peptides are fragile so if it is bumped around you can jeopardize the structural integrity of your product and render it N/S.
Half inch 29 gauge insulin pin will do you fine. If you are holding extra BF go with a 1 inch 29g slin pin so you are assured of a well place IM shot.
I am actually going to try the 1 inch next round for my IM and I am already pretty lean. Just want to have it nice and deep in the muscle belly.
