    IGF injecting

Well after working out today I went to shoot some igf into my bicep and as the needle went in, my muscle spasmed and I had to pull out. What does this mean? Also should I aspirate , b/c my buddy that takes roids does this so he doesen't inject into a vein.

was it your first time shooting bi's? muscle spasms, especially after workouts, are not rare.

It's my second time doing biceps. When aspirating you just pull the plunger up to see if there is any blood? Is that correct?
