reconstituting still confused

ok got my igf today from lion, directions he gave me were screwed. I've researched tons of posts and I know that its 1mg of igf powder which equals 1000mcg's. Now it came with sodium chloride (5ml) but going by all the posts im going to use acedic acid i ordered.

And what the hell is the extra 10ml vial for. it came with that and the little small maybe three or four ml vial and the SC.

So now I just draw out some of the acedic acid and squirt it gently into the tiny ass little vial with the powder correct? how much do I put in there. I read that if i put 2ml of acedic acid that 20 IU would be 100mcg. correct?

I plan on running 60mcg each day, so I should go with the twelve mark on the insulin syringe. im just confused on how to do the math and if someone could help me out it would be awesome. sorry i know this is a repost of a million times before everybody's kits are different. and lions old kit is different than his new kit.

generally you wanna use between 1-3mL of AA depending on your desired dose of igf.

in this case, you say you want 60mcg?

1mL of AA = 0.06mL
2mL of AA = 0.12mL

but for ease of measuring when administering, you might prefer....
1.7mL of AA = 0.1mL
then you can draw back to the 0.1mL ('10' mark) on your insulin pin for 60mcg

no offence plzr8, but let me speak in my (dummy terms) its very easy all you do bro is draw 1ml/1cc of AA and squirt it gently to the side of small 5ml vial but i like to use a regular 3cc body w/ a 23ga pis as its longer and you can really get the angle, but you need to be carefull of the vacume effect of the 5ml vial so make sure to hold the plunger tight as it sometimes pushes itself out fast. and thats it bro after the AA is in the vial swirl around, dont shake and wait about 5min or so and swirl again and all or any chunks will be gone!!!

so then your 1cc/1ml slin pin will measure out each striker (small mark) will be 20mcg !!!!!!
