HGH/ II Diabetes

I know your not suppose to take in to many carbs around you GH shot because it can raise your BG to levels that if done to often and cause II Diabetes. So what kind of BG levels are we talking about, 200, 300 or higher?

I drink my pwo shake 30mins after I take my GH and with 20min or so after that my BG levels are around 140 which from what I've read is pretty much normal after drinking dextrose.

A blood sugar spike isn't going to cause diabetes. Its if its is sustained for a long time. 140 isn't high for after a meal.
