My diet for IGF PCT
Hey just doin my pct now after a 16 week diet and 20 week cycle. Running 50mcg of IGF1-lr3 bilaterally PWO in the muscle worked. Right now im 265 at around 9%bf. im still trying to lose bodyfat but dont think i can during pct without losing alot of my mass. Just wondered what would be the minimum amount of carbs I should eat. Im keeping the protein high, and what about fat? And should I avoid it after I take the igf and for how long? Im also running HCG , Clomid, Nolva, the IGFlr3, and myogenx. Any suggestions. Should I just go back to a normal diet with carbs protein and fat at every meal? or can i keep carbs restricted and do some cardio as well.
Also if i do my cardio after my lift, can I take the igf after my cardio? or do i have to find some other time of the day to do my cardio so I can take the IGF immediately PWO. This is my first run at the IGF and i've searched and found some decent answers but nothing specific enough. Any help would be great.

IGF is great cause it makes it very difficult to gain body fat even with a large calorie surplus, although good gear should make you very hungry. You should eat some carbs after you take your igf. I administer 40 mcgs PWO and have a PWO shake with at least 25-40grams of sugar - stop you going hypo [I am 89 kilos/11%]. I'd take the igf after the lift as I understand this is the best time to take it due the muscles just trained igf receptors are most receptive at this time. Another way is to do cardio prior to lifting. I cycle carbs while on igf with no problem but I always have carbs after administering igf.
