    My hgh log

I figured it's about time I do one of these. I always want to read up more on this stuff but can't find enough personal experiences...at least not where it's just hgh without AAS. I may add AAS, but it won't be until much later. Anyway, I'm planning on running this for at least 6 months. Got a good deal on Jins and got a free kit out of it as well. I've done a few AAS cycles before with decent results. The primary reason I'm doing this is because I'd love to get back into MMA. As you can see, I'm still pretty young and I still have that desire to compete, especially when many of my friends are into MMA and train with some top level fighters. I sustained a bunch of injuries over the past few years due to heavy lifting, fighting (mma), and other stupid crap. Got a torn pectoral, rotator, herniated disk, partially torn MCL, and some other minor ones. I've taken some time off from lifting, have been feeling much better in regards to my injuries and have been craving to get back into the gym and mma. I'm hoping that hgh will help me more with the injuries rather than getting bigger or leaner (although those help too). I've read about its abilities to rebuild cartilages and help with bone structures and all that good stuff so that is the primary use of hgh for me.
I'm almost 26, 220lb, 6' and not sure about bf% but will figure that out soon.
I did my first shot last Tuesday and have been on for the last 6 days. I started out at 220lb and have been doing 2iu/day...
    1st day-didn't notice much
2nd day-felt very bloated that night (didn't weigh myself though), also tired
3rd day-once again i felt extremely bloated that night and i weighed myself. to my amazement i was 10lb heavier. figured it was all water, because i lost about 3 or 4lb by next morning.
4th day-felt pretty good but tired. still a bit bloated but not as bad as the night before.
5th day-overall feeling pretty good, not too much bloat anymore, but very tired when i got home from work.
**all 5 days, I had been taking 2 or 3 hour naps even though I'd set my alarm for only 30min. Felt more tired than ever.
6th day-got some good sleep the night before and went the entire day without taking a nap. was feeling great mentally and it may have been mental but looked leaner in the mirror, although the weight stayed at 225lb for the past 2 days.

Today was the 7th day...I think I'm going to run this through Friday and then take 2 days off and start the 5 days on/2 days off routine. I'll post something later tonight once I go through my day.

I feel like I'm missing something out...so if you have any questions...please ask.

One question - Any joint discomfort? (so far I have none, except my normal stuff)
I am not having the sleep cravings like you, which is surprising to me. I have always been a sleeper, my body would welcome 10-12 hours a day of sleep if I would allow it(since i was a little kid). Funny thing though, since I started the HGH i have craved less sleep(i know it bucks conventional wisdom) and feel more energetic all day. Maybe its mental, i dunno. My girl however is tired all the time(normal).
Keep up the posts, its nice to have a reference to check in on.

No joint discomfort yet. I'm hoping that it will do quite the opposite.
I felt pretty energized yesterday though. It may be that I adjusted my diet a bit more but I went through my normal day at work, did cardio and even though I didn't really feel too tired, I did take a 45min nap and surprisingly...I was re-energized once I got up. So much so, that I had a hard time falling asleep later that night.
I'm feeling pretty good today too. The sense of well-being is definitely going up...although it might be the weather. I'll let you know how it goes. I'll keep up in your thread as well.

It seems like people react differently to this stuff and I've talked to guys who have seen results within the first 2 months, but like you said, the consensus around here is that it takes at least 2 months to feel anything. I've gone through the bloating stage and I hope that's the last of it. I'm expecting the joint discomfort next...hopefully it's down (or up) the hill from there on.

Are you staying at this dose?
Yer i think your rite about how people react to HGH.
I have another 100iu left and am wondering weather to up the dose witch would shorten the course. or just stop. At 2iu i'm not feeling anything but tiedness sore knees and bloating.

I'm probably gonna go up to 3iu/day next Monday. I have about 550iu left so I'm in this for the long term. I'm hoping that after 10 weeks I'll see more results. I do still have a bit of bloating and soreness in my knees is starting to come around as well. Got on the treadmill yesterday and my feet swelled up after only 30min of cardio. Going to add T4 to this next week as well.
