GH and IGF 1 LR3 together or ?

Right now I'm running 4 i.u of GH PWO 3on 1off 2on 1off. Does it make sense to add IGF-1 LR3 ? at 50 mcg PWO.how do i do it ? the GH in the morning and Igf 1 PWO or do i take both PWO and time between Shake and GH And IGF-1 LR 3.

It IS good to run IGF with GH. As far as timing, if your doing just 1 shot of GH do that in the AM, (if 2 shots, do 1 am and 1 a few hours before bed) and if your gonna run 50mcgs of lr3, 25mcgs AM, and 25 PWO would be ideal timing. If not, just do 50mcgs PWO. 4 shots a day would be a bitch
