what length/guage is used, how deep on an IM injection do you go into the muscle?

29g/.5 inch.

Go as deep as it will let you. Also, don't inject into muscles that are fatty. The needle needs to be in the muscle, otherwise it will just be a poor sub-q injection.

I too use 29g 1/2 inch.
