    IGF-1 "sides"

I`am on my fourth day of igf-1-Lr3 (80 mcg.)
I`am waking up at night and feeling totally numb in my arms and shoulders. I need several minutes of movement before I`am able to move my arms normally. I`am having heavy pumps at night.
    Anyone experienced this?

I shoot my igf-1 pwo in the afternoon.

Results after 4 days on igf-1:

    - Strength is allready up
    - Heavy pumps
    - More vascularity
    - "Numbness" at night

I`am only taking igf-1. I have not been using steroids for several years. I only take supplements like protein powder, ZMA , fatty acids and chreatine.

I don't get the shakes but I do get a tingleing or numb feeling in my feet. I sometimes also get minor headaches. But one thing I really noticed is im eating like a horse, which scares me b/c i'm a endo and gain fat easily. But the hunger pangs are insane.

You can eat ALOT more on igf and not put on any body fat. ALso suggest lowering the dose abit to reduce the hunger pains.....

80 mcg's is a large dose. SS01 says in his post that these sort of sides are not good as they are caused by too much igf in the system. ie your body is not taking up all the igf. Sounds like it may be advisable to lower the dose.

I believe igf increases protein synthesis. I use 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

IGF at 80mcg can be taken 3-4 times a week PWO very effectively. Taking it everyday is not the best way to take IGF.

    More sides.....????

The numbness isn`t as bad as is was the first days. I` am only taking 80 mcg. 4 times a week -on training days. The other days I take 40 mcg.

I have had a throath cold since I started my Igf-1 only cycle. Has anyone experienced this? I have a feeling that it`s linked to the igf-1 use -or do you think it`s just a coincidence?

    figure this

some are taking sub-Q igf-1 in ongoing medical tests at doses of 50 to 100 mcg per kg of body weight per day (Lou Gerhigs disease). for a 200 pounder thats 4500-9000 mcg per day. one took for 30 months with no reported sides. people here taking maybe 100 mcg/day max. maybe there's a better class of stuff?

Would not surprise me at all.

80mcg shots don't effect me whatsoever and this is my first time.
