Does insulin need to be kept cold? I can't get it in the UK but a buddy of mine is gonna send me some from the US, will it ship ok?
I've searched about a bit, I dont think it does but just wanna make sure.

Another thing...If I was to purchase a 10ml 100iu/ml vial....thats like a longtime supply but it says not to keep for more than 30 days once opened..anyone keep theirs longer? or should I go with smaller options?![]()
